CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
You can cancel your enrollment at any time. Please note that you must cancel your enrollment before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charge for the next month’s tuition fees. If you cancel your enrollment, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly enrollment period. If you elect to discontinue your classes, you will not receive a refund for any unused classes. Your billing cycle is a 30 day cycle from the date of your first charge. All enrollments are set up on a monthly auto-charge.
Refunds will not be provided for any tuition. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for tuition that is cancelled mid-month regardless of if you are unable to attend your classes.
Open Gym/Personal Training
Refunds will not be provided for any Open Gym day passes, punch passes or personal training sessions. We do not provide credit or refunds for any unused portion of a punch pass.
Refunds will not be provided for any gift certificates. Gift certificates do not hold a cash value.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date for a birthday party or event. Refunds will not be given for deposits. Dates will be transferable ONE time only without penalty. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We do not provide credit or refunds for parties, events or private gym rentals.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used by Ninja Warehouse. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
